The program starts September 17, 2026 and runs through March 2027.
The weekly live teaching and workshop calls are on Thursdays at 1 pm ET.
Optional breakout room coaching + co-working sessions are on Mondays at 2 pm ET.
You are also invited to all of the Membership events, with weekly guided sessions, networking events, and quarterly planning sessions.

Approximately 20 people are in each cohort, including alumni. This means you get personal support from me through the weekly calls, community support, and your 1:1 calls.
Program participants include coaches, consultants, Fractional C-Suite, healing practitioners (e.g., astrology/tarot providers), service providers (e.g., copywriters, graphic designers, accountants).

Plan for 2-3 hours per week, in addition to our group sessions. The curriculum is designed to work alongside your client work, with clear priorities so you know exactly where to focus your limited time.

We’re sold an image that the path to a “six-figure business” is fast, predictable, and linear. It’s not. While many Cohort participants make changes to their business that begin to bear fruit toward the end of the program, I’m not the right coach for you if you want someone to promise fast results.
Remember, you’re building something important. You’re not willing to compromise your values, or your health, or exploit your community for fast growth. That’s not a failure—it’s listening to your inner intuition about what success means to you. That’s why getting to a sustainable revenue level—your way—often takes longer than that image we’re sold.

Yes, definitely. If you’ve built your foundation, but aren’t seeing the growth you’d like, something is missing or misaligned with those foundational pieces. Part of what we’ll do together is help you figure out what that is.

This isn't about keeping up with an arbitrary timeline—it's about building foundations that last. You'll have continued access to all materials after the program ends.

While live participation is encouraged for maximum benefit, all sessions are recorded. The weekly co-working sessions provide flexible support when you need it most and are highly encouraged if possible.

Refine Your Foundations is my high-touch 1:1 program for more established businesses ready to refine and elevate their existing foundations. Define Your Foundations is perfect if you're ready to build strong foundations from the ground up, with both structured guidance and personal attention in a supportive group setting.

Unlike typical group programs that push one-size-fits-all formulas, the Define Your Foundations Cohort provides structured guidance through foundational business concepts plus personal attention to implement them in your specific business. You get access to sophisticated frameworks taught in manageable pieces, plus community support. Instead of jumping between random tactics, you'll learn how to think systematically about your business and create sustainable practices that grow stronger over time.

You'll have continued access to the core curriculum and materials for as long as the program exists. If you’d like to continue your momentum, many students opt to join the Deeper Foundations Membership community for $30 a month. Many participants also choose to go through the Define Your Foundations program multiple times to deepen specific foundations, with a discount available for program alumni.

If within the first 30 days of the program, you decide the program is not right for you, I’ll cancel your future payments, though the first payment is non-refundable. I certainly don’t want you to spend any time, money, or energy on a progra that’s not right for you!
