McKinsey and Harvard MBA-trained Fortune 50 consultant with experience building online and “offline” businesses (who knows her way around a tarot deck).
I spent my corporate career learning how businesses actually work: how strategy, operations, finance, people, and priorities fit together. Then I entered the online business world and found those same disciplines chopped into disconnected tactics, formulas, and one-size-fits-all advice.
My approach brings rigorous business thinking into the deeply human reality of running an expertise business. We look at the numbers, systems, strategy, and market—but also your capacity, values, relationships, and the kind of business you actually want to run.
